Having grown up in a family of builders, Justin currently serves as President and CEO of RO as its 3rd generation leader. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Justin is involved with many industry and civic organizations and is an active member of the Lone Star Chapter of the Young President’s Organization (YPO). He calls Dallas home along with his wife and 2 young children.
