Marketing Manager
Rogers-O'Brien is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a desire to inspire growth with creativity and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing marketing and communications strategies. Includes, leading our marketing campaigns, evaluating our marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership and internal teams.

Qualifications
- Experienced in producing winning proposal
- Strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related major, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
- 7+ years' experience in marketing
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign
Responsibilities
- Participates in the creation and oversees the production of winning proposals by collaborating with the Marketing Team, Region Management, Business Development, and Project Managers. Identifies key points for competitive positioning and ensures accurate and updated information is contained within project proposals
- Lead the Austin office marketing team on behalf of internal and external clients
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Write and proofread all marketing communication and materials. Including proposals, press releases, social media content, award submittals, and marketing copy creation
- Oversee the successful execution of internal events, client events, tradeshows, and job site events
- Utilize CRM software (Cosential) and actively participate in its continued integration into business processes
